Orders exceeding 2kg in total weight will incur this rate. Processing and fulfilment take 2-4 working days, with an additional 2 working days for delivery. Shipped via DHL.
International Shipping
Please note that international packages exceeding 2kg cannot be shipped via Royal Mail. All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail or DHL, with rates calculated at checkout based on order weight. Orders are processed for dispatch within 2-4 working days.

BMM Luxury is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to BMM Luxury, an additional shipping fee will be required for redelivery to the correct address.
Customs, Duties, and Local Taxation
International orders may incur customs duties, local taxes, or additional processing fees, which vary by country. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further details. BMM Luxury is not responsible for these fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. Parcels returned to BMM Luxury due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded. Customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delivery delays.
General Delivery Information
Orders are not processed on weekends or UK Bank Holidays. BMM Luxury is not responsible for unforeseen delays. For assistance with delays on Royal Mail shipments, please contact bmmluxury1@gmail.com, and we will endeavour to assist.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. In the event of unforeseen processing delays, customers will be notified within 48 hours of placing their order.
Changes to Your Order
To cancel or modify an order, please email bmmluxury1@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While we will strive to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order is submitted. No changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been processed and fulfilled.

However, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur, including those related to pricing, availability, or product details. BMM Luxury reserves the right to correct such errors or update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.
Product images are displayed as accurately as possible, but colours may vary depending on the device used, and we cannot guarantee precise colour representation..
If we contact you regarding your order and receive no response within 5 business days, the order will be considered cancelled.
